Copy of the RULES is available on the tournament web page. It is the Coach’s and Manager’s responsibility that his/her players are eligible to participate and all the required documents are uploaded by the deadline.
A player may play for only one team in the tournament.
All players MUST be entered in your GotSport Event Roster complete with player name, jersey#, and photo, including Guest Players (G) and Club Pass Players (CP). Any combination of GP/CP not to exceed 5 total.
USYS Rosters: Guest Players (G) requires signed release. Club Pass Players (CP), no additional paperwork is required.
US Club Soccer Rosters: All players must be listed with valid Card Exp. date. Guest Players must have an executed Player Loan Form and valid player card.
GAME/SCORE CARDS: The tournament will provide the referees with the game cards. Team managers do not need to print the game cards but will need to turn in the completed game/score cards as outlined below.
REPORTING OF SCORES – After each game, the referee will give the winning team both Game Cards complete with Scores and signatures. If the game is tied, the home team will turn in the score card. The Game Cards should be turned in to the Headquarters within half hour (30 mins.) of the completed match. Both teams are responsible for verifying the scores with the referee. The scores will be entered within half hour (30 mins.) of receiving the signed Game Card. Failure to report sores may result in the game being scored as a forfeit.

This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament. All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services. The Texas Classics Tournaments will print your Match Cards for you.
Required for any player not listed on your State Association Roster.
Each academy player must be registered with a North Texas Member Association, and acquire a Member Association registration number. --- All North Texas Academy Teams MUST upload this form complete with NTSSA Association Registrar Signature. --- You need to contact your home association directly to ensure you are using the correct academy process/form for that association.
For US Club Soccer Rosters only. Must be complete if player is NOT listed on your USCS Official Roster. Player must be registered and have a USCS ID card.
