For the 2008-9 Classic D-III season, AYSES 95 Black finished 12-4-2, good enough for second place and promotion to D-II.  The team was outstanding on both sides of the ball, scoring 42 goals and allowing only 9 in 18 league games.  Only once did the defense allow more than one goal; they shut out their opponent 11 times.  In addition, the team competed in four tournaments, advancing to the silver bracket semifinal of the AYSES Texas Summer Classic and to the silver bracket final of the AYSES Texas Winter Classic.  Congratulations to Coach Vinnie and the boys for an outstanding season!!
