Advanced Youth Soccer Educational System (AYSES) Soccer Club, McKinney, USA is very proud to announce a partnership with Schächter Sports out of Germany, an affiliated academy partner to the Bundesliga Club of 1.FSV Mainz 05.

Unlike the partnership that most USA soccer clubs have with European teams, this partnership has no marketing value for the European organization – the key word is OPPORTUNITY!  This collaboration contains a variety of possibilities for American youth soccer players - and it has been primarily established to improve the soccer development of AYSES players and coaches and to open up real opportunities for AYSES players to play in Europe. On the German side, the partnership will be organized by David Müller, who has been in charge of our Germany program for the last two years and who is already well known by parents and players in North Texas.

AYSES Soccer Club has always been player focused.  We are a soccer club first and foremost and our commitment to player development is absolute.  The partnership with Schächter Sports is another step towards our vision of creating a “true club”, one that gives every AYSES player who wants to play at the highest level a genuine opportunity to do so by providing the best possible pathway from a preparation and opportunity standpoint.

Exchange program:

The opportunity to go to Germany on the expense of just an airline ticket! Traveling players will have the option to stay with families while in Germany, which means their only expenses will be airfare and spending money. A program arranged by our German counterpart will guarantee the participation of players in friendly matches, training sessions and tours to Bundesliga Clubs.

Scouting possibilities:

In cooperation with AYSES Schächter Sports is looking for the best American soccer prospects in all age groups! The best 15 players will be representing a selection which will have the possibility to travel to Germany and participate in a youth tournament, visited by top European soccer scouts. In the tournament the team will further face international competition out of the German Bundesliga pool.

Individual opportunities – “Get seen overseas”

American youth players will get the chance to go to Europe and train with teams individually.  The trip will be organized by our German counterpart, providing individual players with the opportunity of training for a maximum of 2 weeks with 3 teams of different levels. Every participant will be further evaluated by German coaches to determine his level and where he stands compared to European top level soccer! This opportunity is not only one to present yourself as a player, it provides you with feedback and the possibility to work on what is missing to reach the next level. The written feedback of professional coaches further gives the player the possibility to use the results of the trip as a letter of recommendation for college scholarships. 

How do I get these opportunities?

In addition to players and coaches visiting Germany, AYSES teams will also travel to Germany and play teams of equal level and be coached by top level professional coaches.

As a result of the partnership, the coaches will have the opportunity to learn from their highly qualified German counterparts by watching, interacting and participating in coaching activities.  The players will learn by practicing and playing with teams commensurate with their level of play; the players will also receive coaching from top professional coaches.  The process will provide AYSES players the opportunity to be scouted to play at the highest level. 

Coaches and players from Germany will also travel to McKinney, Texas to coach, play and train with AYSES teams and coaches.

In the USA, USSF Academy is considered the best path to preparing players to play at the highest level.  We believe we offer a better path.  Our vision when fully implemented will provide the best possible opportunity for a player who wants to play professionally or in college.  We believe we can lead the way and pioneer a model that others will want to emulate.
