Typically U14, U15, U16, U17and U18 teams that finish in the top 4 of the boys Classic League Division I standings are invited to participate in the Region III Premier League West.  The Premier League games will feature the top 4 teams in North Texas, top 4 teams in South Texas and the top 4 teams in Oklahoma.

This year, the AYSES 91 Gold, AYSES 92 Gold and AYSES 92 Black participated in the Premier League.
