The AYSES soccer club has finalized a deal with the town of Fairview to develop a joint soccer complex on 75 acres of land in north Fairview.  The property is located in Collin County approximately two miles south of the McKinney Airport just east of the highway 75 and highway 121 interchange.  The agreement between the town of Fairview and the AYSES includes developing a joint city park for public usage as well as a soccer complex with fourteen lighted soccer fields for use by the AYSES soccer club.

"Fairview is very excited to enter into this relationship with AYSES to bring a high quality soccer complex to CollinCounty" said John Godwin, Town Manager of Fairview.

The park will be developed by AYSES soccer club over the next five years.  Current plans include building a club house, lighted soccer fields, public restrooms and a picnic and recreation area for the general public.  Construction will begin as soon as possible.
