AYSES 91 and 92 Gold teams, by virtue of being state champions, participated in the Region III Soccer tournament to determine who represents the region in the nationals for the year 2006.  The tournament was held in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The 91 Gold team won their division but narrowly lost in the semi-finals to TSC of Oklahoma 2-1 in a hotly contested game.  It was a difficult loss to take for the boys, but their accomplisment was by no means a small feat.

The 92 Gold team also faired well.  They won their divion, but lost in the quater-finals to CASL of Carolina.  The boys played very well throughout the tournament and made the whole club proud.
