What is Progressive Youth League (PYL)?

Who can participate?
- Any boy or girl looking to play competitive soccer
- Any team, academy or otherwise, looking to play more competitive soccer
When are the games played?
- Games are played on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday
- Teams pick day(s) they want to play (if two teams pick conflicting days, home team date will prevail)
- Teams can submit other league schedules, and we will do our best to avoid conflicts in the event that you need to play a game on a day other than your chosen day.
Where will the games be played?
- All games will be played at the beautiful Fairview Soccer Complex, located in McKinney, Texas
How do I register?
- Coaches and TMs go to PYL registration page and register online as a team
- Required forms (medical releases, league waivers, and birth certificates) can all be scanned and emailed to the league director.
Can players register as individuals?
Can I make changes to the roster after the season has started?
- As long as you notify us prior to a game that you will be bringing in a new player and submit necessary paperwork (waiver form, medical release), you can make changes to the roster as needed.
My team has a conflict with the schedule. Would we be able to reschedule?
- We will do our best to create the schedule so that it doesn’t conflict with your team’s tournaments and/or other league games. If your team is participating in other leagues or tournaments, please let us know in the comments section of the team registration page in order for us to work around your existing schedule.
